This dataset is a collection of geochemical data on samples from the Stibnite-Yellow Pine district of Idaho. The datasets include: whole rock geochemistry; lead, strontium and neodymium isotope chemistry of sulfides and whole rock samples by isotope dilution-thermal-mass spectrometry (ID-TIMS); in situ sulfur isotope chemistry of sulfides by laser ablation-multi collector-inductively coupled-mass spectrometry (LA-MC-ICP-MS); electron microprobe (EMP) images, cathodoluminescence (CL) images and spectra, along with EMP and laser ablation-inductively coupled-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) trace element analysis of sulfides and quartz; and fluid inclusion microthermometry and raman. This dataset accompanies planned publication 'Paleogene mid-crustal intrusions in the Ruby Mountains Metamorphic Core Complex, northeastern Nevada' [IP-153033], to be published in Geosphere, as well as planned future publications in this region. The data encompass U-Pb zircon age and trace element data and whole-rock Pb, Sr, and Nd isotopic data from igneous and metamorphic rocks throughout the Ruby Mountains, East Humboldt Range, Lizzies Basin, Lamoille Canyon, and Angel Lake areas of northeast, Nevada. This dataset is the assembled analytical results of geochemical, petrographic, and geochronologic data for samples, principally those of unmineralized Tertiary volcanic rocks, from the Tonopah, Divide, and Goldfield mining districts of west-central Nevada. Much of the data presented here for the Tonopah and Divide districts are for samples collected by Bonham and Garside (1979) during geologic mapping in and around those districts, whereas much of that for samples from the Goldfield district were obtained by Ashley (1974; 1979; 1990). Samples of vein-type magmatic-steam alunite were collected over several field seasons from five mines and prospects (L&N, Mt. Edna, Christmas, upper Mineral Products, and Close In) in the Alunite Ridge and Deer Trail Mountain area, Marysvale, Utah, as well as a sample from the Deer Trail mine workings from which sericite was separated.
