The Blackburnian Warbler (Setophaga fusca) is a small, brilliantly colored, migratory songbird that breeds in the northeastern coniferous forests of North America. It has been chosen to represent the habitat needs of other species of wildlife that also use mature mixed deciduous-coniferous forest. This dataset is a depiction of three zones of uncertainty in the predicted future distribution of this species based on climate suitability, given the projected climate in 2080 (averaged across RPC 4.5 and 8.5 climate scenarios).
