The purpose of this annual report is to summarize for managers and interested members of the public some of the major, current findings of the monitoring program as well as other relevant research programs. The report begins with an oveview of KEMP. Selected research findings outside of KEMP but relevant to the monitoring project are also summarized in this report. Regarding the KEMP protocols, patterns of general interest or findings with management implications are the main focus of this report.
