The Conservation and Restoration Management Strategy sets in motion actions to enhance the protection, conservation, and restoration of a healthy sagebrush-steppe ecosystem, and to address important public safety, economic, cultural, and social concerns. The Strategy is intended to improve the efficiency and efficacy of actions to better prevent and suppress rangeland fire, and improve efforts to restore fire-impacted landscapes.
