Cooperative Extension agents and specialists in the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM) are in a critical position to improve food security, ecosystem services, and local livelihoods in the face of climate change due to their expertise and client-based relationships.
