This dataset consists of carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur stable isotope data from primary producers, invertebrates, and fish from the Nisqually River Delta, Washington from 2011, 2012, and 2015. Data were collected to determine food web structure in different habitat zones within the entire river delta. Data collection for primary producers and invertebrates were led by U.S. Geological Survey, while all fish capture studies were led by the Nisqually Indian Tribe. These data support the following publication: Davis, M.J., Woo, I., De La Cruz, S.E.W., Ellings, C.S., Hodgson, S., and Nakai, G., 2024.
