The Blackburnian Warbler (Setophaga fusca) is a small, brilliantly colored, migratory songbird that breeds in the northeastern coniferous forests of North America. It has been chosen to represent the habitat needs of other species of wildlife that also use mature mixed deciduous-coniferous forest. This dataset is a depiction of the potential capability of the landscape throughout the Northeastern United States to provide suitable future breeding conditions for the species using 2080 climate projections with the 2010 landscape.
