This is no longer the most recent version of this data product. Please please use the DOI to access the latest version. This shapefile is the official boundary of the Southeast Aquatic Resource Partnership. The boundary was originally developed by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and was updated in 2013 to reflect revisions from the Southeast Aquatic Resource Partnership, a recognized Fish Habitat Partnership (FHP) of the National Fish Habitat Partnership.

Note these data were updated to Version 2. It is recommended to use Version 2, which can be found at https://doi.org/10.5066/P94C5B06. This CSV file contains cumulative fish habitat condition index (HCI) scores generated for river reaches of the conterminous United States as well as indices generated specifically for four spatial units including local and network catchments and 90 m local and network buffers of river reaches. Note that the cumulative HCI score is determined from limiting index scores generated for the four spatial units listed above. Detailed methods for calculating cumulative fish habitat condition index scores as well as the indices for each spatial extent can be found on the following website:...

These data were updated. Please see the most recent version at https://doi.org/10.5066/F7V9863B. This shapefile contains sub-indices comprised of various anthropogenic land use/covers respresentative of the risk of potential habitat degradation to streams within the state of Hawaii. Subindices are summarized for local and network catchments specific to perennial stream reaches throughout the state. The local and network catchments were developed using a modified version of the 1:24,000 scale National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) as a baselayer. Sub-indices include urban impacts, agricultural land use, former plantations, density of ditches, point source pollution, stream fragmentation, and 303D listed streams . The...

This dataset was replaced in 2020 with data services. The DOI now points to the newest and recommended version of this information. This shapefile displays and describes National Fish Habitat Partnership project locations. The included projects were extracted from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Fisheries Information Structure (FIS) on July 2013. Project centerpoints were verified and corrected as needed by Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission staff where data were available by comparing location descriptions in the project attributes with satellite imagery. When the centerpoint was not initially reported available locational attributes were used to create an approximated centerpoint. After verification...
