This inventory was originally created by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLITT) of Kanto Region Development Bureau and Japanese Geotechnical Society (2011) describing liquefaction triggered by the M 9.1 Tohoku-Oki, Japan earthquake that occurred on 2011-03-11 at 05:46:24 UTC.
