This child item contains one structural grid generated on the top of the Almond Formation (base Lewis Shale) and one grid on the top of the Fox Hills Sandstone. The top of the Lewis Shale and base of the Fox Hills Sandstone interfinger on a regional scale, so the top of the Fox Hills Sandstone was chosen as a structural horizon for consistency. The grids were generated by picking tops in borehole geophysical logs and interpolating between them in the Southwestern Wyoming Province in Wyoming and Colorado. The Lewis Shale in the eastern part of the province is bounded to the north and south by fault zones, to the east by uplift, and to the west by the Lewis stratigraphic pinch-out.
