This table contains information about the amount of each threat analysis attribute, indicator and metric quantified for the 6th level Hydrological Unit (HUC12). These attributes were calculated for the entire HUC 12, the streams within the HUC 12, or the riparian corridor within the HUC 12. The attributes were calculated using ArcMap Tools These data are provided by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) "as is" and may contain errors or omissions. The User assumes the entire risk associated with its use of these data and bears all responsibility in determining whether these data are fit for the User's intended use. The User is encouraged to carefully consider the content of the metadata file associated with these data.

This geodatabse set contains the attributes and indicators associated with aquatic EI were categorized by size, landscape context, and conditionset in the Middle Rockies Ecoregion. The data for the Aquatic EI used information from the Aquatic Threat analysis performed by the Missouri River Assesment Program (MoRAP). The MoRAP aquatic threat analysis contains information about each threat analysis attribute, indicator and metric arbitrarily quantified (1,2,3) for the 6th level Hydrological Unit (HUC12). These attributes were calculated for the entire HUC 12, the streams within the HUC 12, or the riparian corridor within the HUC 12. For this analysis MoRAP used arbitrary values were assigned good =3, fair =2 and poor...

The drilling history documents oil and gas wells in the Lower Miocene 1 sequence as a whole and in 10-year intervals. The wells included in this interval are determined by completion date and by comparing the depth of the wells to structure contours of the Lower Miocene 1 sequence. The data are provided in a single file (lm1_prod.shp) as well as eight 10-year interval files covering 1920 through 1999. These datasets contain basic data and interpretations developed and compiled by the U.S. Geological Survey's Framework Studies and Assessment of the Gulf Coast Project. Other major sources of data include publicly available information from state agencies as well as publications of the U.S. Geological Survey and other...

The drilling history documents oil and gas wells in the Lower Miocene 2 sequence as a whole and in 10-year intervals. The wells included in this interval are determined by completion date and by comparing the depth of the wells to structure contours of the Lower Miocene 2 sequence. The data are provided in a single file (lm2_prod.shp) as well as nine 10-year interval files covering 1910 through 1999. These datasets contain basic data and interpretations developed and compiled by the U.S. Geological Survey's Framework Studies and Assessment of the Gulf Coast Project. Other major sources of data include publicly available information from state agencies as well as publications of the U.S. Geological Survey and other...

The wells included in this interval are determined by completion date and by comparing the depth of the wells to structure contours of the Middle Miocene sequence. The data are provided in a single file (mm_prod.shp) as well as eight 10-year interval files covering 1920 through 1999. These datasets contain basic data and interpretations developed and compiled by the U.S. Geological Survey's Framework Studies and Assessment of the Gulf Coast Project. The drilling history documents oil and gas wells in the Upper Miocene sequence as a whole and in 10-year intervals. The wells included in this interval are determined by completion date and by comparing the depth of the wells to structure contours of the Upper Miocene sequence. The data are provided in a single file (um_prod.shp) as well as eight 10-year interval files covering 1920 through 1999. These datasets contain basic data and interpretations developed and compiled by the U.S. Geological Survey's Framework Studies and Assessment of the Gulf Coast Project. Other major sources of data include publicly available information from state agencies as well as publications of the U.S. Geological Survey and other scientific...
The the Williston Basin has been a leading petroleum producer for over a half century with development beginning around the turn of the 20th century. The spatial and temporal spread of the associated wells is important from both an economic perspective but also a natural resource view. These data were gathered from the state/province oil and gas divisions for use by USGS researchers and their collaborators in water resource specific studies. Each state/province provides slightly different information for each well, with some providing more information and others less. We attempted to create a spatial cross-walk that allowed each database to be merged to one another to create a final regional spatial database. Each...
