Purpose

This data was generated from source materials by the Great Plains Landscape Conservation Cooperative for use in a Landscape Conservation Design pilot study. The following species are included in this dataset: Burrowing Owl (Athene cunicularia, BUOW) Ferruginous Hawk (Buteo regalis, FEHA) Lesser Prairie-Chicken (Tympanuchus pallidicinctus, LEPC) Long-billed Curlew (Numenius americanus, LBCU) Northern Pintail (Anas acuta, NOPI) Snowy Plover (Charadrius nivosus, SNPL), Black-tailed Prairie Dog (Cynomys ludovicianus), Swift Fox (Vulpes velox), Massasauga (Sistrurus catenatus), Dunes Sagebrush Lizard (Sceloporus arenicolus), Pronghorn (Antilocapra americana)
