Solar development has the potential to have widespread impacts on the California desert. Thus, it is important to have as much information as possible regarding the impacts of facilities and related infrastructure on the natural ecosystem and surrounding desert communities, how current policies are influencing development, and how the federal process is working on evaluating solar development applications.
