Facilitation support for Conservation Blueprint and LCC governance

The contractor shall provide professional consulting and facilitation services to support U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service conservation mission in the areas of:

 Strategic and operational planning that leverages stakeholder engagement and development of effective partnerships.

 Conservation planning that spans political and administrative borders.

 Collaborative governance, process development and implementation.

This BPA expires on December 31, 2020, unless sooner cancelled by a thirty (30) day written notice issued by either party. The Government is not obligated to place any orders under this agreement. The services provided for herein shall be requested by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative(s), referred to herein as “BPA caller(s).” If and when a BPA caller places a call, the Contractor will provide the service under the terms of this agreement.
