Summary

This data release includes comma-delimited datafiles (.CSV files) and geospatial datasets (GIS shapefile and raster datasets) from a survey of lake-bottom temperatures using a Fiber-Optic Distributed Temperature Sensing (FO-DTS) system in May 2007. The distribution of lakebed temperatures was determined over an 18-hour period in May 2007 using a LIOS fiber-optic distributed temperature sensing (FO-DTS) system (LIOS Technology, Cologne, Germany) connected to a 1000-m-long fiber cable shielded with rubberized armoring.
