Summary

Water levels in Goose Pond were collected while collecting geophysical surveys in May 2017. Three transducers were set to monitor the change in water level associated with tidal changes.

Purpose

The stage of the water in Goose pond was collected concurrenly with the geophysical measurements made at the site of the former Callahan Mine in Brooksville, Maine. Continuous seismic profiling methods can provide the depth to the water bottom and delineate the depth and topography of the bedrock surface and subbottom layers.
