ABSTRACT: In early 2016, a group of Nevada ranchers with a proven record of ecologically sound management across millions of acres came together with Federal/State Agencies to develop management solutions that improve sagebrush habitat ecological resilience, landscape health, and productivity. The “ROGER” (Results Oriented Grazing for Ecological Resilience) group’s work is progressing, but they now need new rangeland and wildlife ecology science to support them.
