Purpose
Data were collected to assess water quality of Rodeo Lagoon, CA following a eutrophication event and subsequent fish kill. Data was continuously gathered to create a detailed map of all water quality parameters, to help detect any spatial variation in the Lagoon. The data will help to contextualize the effects of the eutrophication on the system and potential risks that the resident fishes may encounter, including the federally-endangered Tidewater Goby Eucyclogobius newberryi.
