Index card: View of a small cabin precariously perched on the side of a hill. The cabin floated to this position on surface of Earthquake Lake prior to the time Earthquake Lake was lowered some 50 feet as a result of the construction of a new spillway through the Madison Slide. Hebgen Lake earthquake. Gallatin County, Montana. ca. 1960.
