The BLM's Top Recreation Opportunities Mapping Series is designed to provide users with recreational information by highlighting some of the highest quality BLM managed recreational opportunities across 246 million acres of public land. Using crowd-sourced data from partner organizations such as Access Fund and Mountain Project, the BLM is able to provide geospatial data and promote greater awareness of public lands.
