Summary

A BlazeVideo camera has been set up next to a meteorological station at a small cinder field in Sunset Crater National Monument, Arizona. Images are taken every hour. Data presented here span from March 09, 2021 to August 10, 2022.

Purpose

Cameras were set up to capture any movement of the cinders (which show a faintly rippled pattern) and to show local conditions at times of meteorological sampling. These data can be used to help characterize cm-scale cinder ripples and document any migration activity.
