Purpose

The data reported here were collected to constrain the history of lake level fluctuations and environmental changes for the Plains of San Agustin, Catron County, New Mexico over the 30,000 years. Data and interpretations are included in the Elsevier journal publication titled "Paleohydrologic history of Pluvial Lake San Agustin, New Mexico: tracking effective moisture change in southwest North America through the last glacial transition".
