Purpose

The goal of this data collection was to observe baseline polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contaminant levels in collected samples of various types from the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge while the wilderness area remains pristine prior to the area being subjected to development efforts for oil and gas exploration and industry.
