This report communicates survey results to the Pacific Flyway Representative for incorporation into harvest management reports and regulatory processes. This memorandum also is shared widely with partners outside the USFWS. The major products are a memo, automatically generated from an R Quarto document, and 19 comma delimited table files, one for each management index and table in the memo.
