Data products from the 2015 national assessment of fish habitat, conducted in support of the National Fish Habitat Action Plan (NFHAP). Results from the assessment are summarized in the report, "Through A Fish's Eye: The Status of Fish Habitats in the United States". Three assessments were completed in 2015. National Estuary Assessment: The cumulative disturbance index represents the risk of current habitat degradation to estuaries in the conterminous U.S. and is a conservative estimate of the anthropogenic disturbances affecting those estuaries. National Inland Assessment of Streams: The risk of fish habitat degradation assigned to stream reaches in the conterminous United States, Hawaii and Southeast Alaska. Risk to fish habitat [...]

Risk to fish habitat degradation assigned to HUC12s in Alaska.
Northern Gulf of Mexico (Regional) Estuaries Pilot Study: The Regional Estuary Assessment for the northern Gulf of Mexico represents an effort to develop, test, and implement a new assessment methodology for marine habitats that improves the analytical basis for identifying impacts to estuary fish habitats.
