This dataset represents the connections between each nearby pair of 2080 cores for Box turtle. It is intended to highlight areas important for connecting cores and to visually represent the connections among refugia cores.

Purpose

The connections were generated to assess the connectivity among pairs of cores which in turn was used to build a graph of the entire core network and asses the importance of each core to the connectivity of the network.
