The Green River Basin Landscape Conservation Design project (GRB LCD) is an opportunity to think, plan, and act across boundaries and jurisdictions to meet mutual goals for agreed upon conservation targets in the ecosystems of the Green River Basin. This effort is not intended to replace existing science or plans, and is not intended to undermine current management. Rather, through a collaborative process, the project will complement existing projects and partnerships by synthesizing and developing spatial data and information that is consistent and comprehensive across the Basin to provide the landscape-scale context.FY2015The Green River Basin Landscape Conservation Design project (GRB LCD) is an opportunity to...

This dataset depicts riparian vegetation in the valley bottoms at 10-meter resolution for the Green River Basin Landscape Conservation Design (GRB LCD) project area covering portions of Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. Values are continuous and represent the portion of each 10-meter pixel comprised by woody riparian vegetation.
This document presents tasks and milestones for phase 1 of Green River Basin Landscape Conservation Design. Phase 1 is anticipated to be completed by April 2016.
This dataset contains both the inputs and outputs generated as part of the Vulnerability assessment, including indicators of Exposure (the magnitude of climatic or ecological changes within the target landscape), Sensitivity (the response of targets to exposure), and Adaptive Capacity (the potential of the target to cope with exposure). These spatial datasets can be used to construct maps that classify areas according to the presence of vulnerable components.
Presentation by Jered Hansen.
The Green River Basin Vulnerability Model Tools and Python Code folder contains ArcGIS 10.2.1 model builder tools and python scripts used in the development of output datasets for the Green River Basin Landscape Conservation Design. Provide is a ArcGIS model builder toolset for each vulnerability assessment. ArcGIS models have also been exported as python code for archiving purposes. Custom python scripts for computing the patch importance and permeability flow line inputs into the sagebrush ecosystem permeability model are also provided.
