The 2008 - Present Ecosystem History of South Florida's Estuaries Database contains listings of all sites (modern and core) and modern monitoring site survey information (water chemistry, floral and faunal data, etc.). The State Geologic Map Compilation (SGMC) geodatabase of the conterminous United States (https://doi.org/10.5066/F7WH2N65) represents a seamless, spatial database of 48 State geologic maps that range from 1:50,000 to 1:1,000,000 scale. A national digital geologic map database is essential in interpreting other datasets that support numerous types of national-scale studies and assessments, such as those that provide geochemistry, remote sensing, or geophysical data. These data are high-resolution bathymetry (riverbed elevation) in ASCII format, generated from hydrographic surveys near six highway bridge structures over the Gasconade River in central Missouri. These sites were surveyed in June 2017 to help identify possible effects from extreme flooding on May 1-2, 2017. At the five downstream sites, hydrographic data were collected using a high-resolution multibeam echosounder mapping system (MBMS), which consists of a multibeam echosounder (MBES) and an inertial navigation system (INS) mounted on a marine survey vessel. Ken Pierce was a Research Geologist with the U.S. Geological Survey for over 55 years and authored numerous scientific papers, geologic maps, and field trip guides. This data release contains digital scans of 64 field notebooks 713 annotated aerial photographs, and 640 annotated geologic and topographic maps authored or annotated by Ken Pierce or his collaborators. Information contained in these notebooks, aerial photographs, and maps provide much of the underpinning of Ken Pierce's research, which focused largely on the glacial and geomorphological history of Yellowstone National Park and surrounding areas.

In 2009, the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho released and implemented the Kootenai River Habitat Restoration Master Plan. This plan aimed to restore, enhance, and maintain the Kootenai River habitat and landscape to support and sustain habitat conditions for aquatic species and animal populations. Hurricane Maria caused widespread landsliding throughout Puerto Rico in September 2017. While the majority of landslide inventories following the hurricane focused on mountainous regions underlain by igneous and volcaniclastic bedrock (Bessette-Kirton et al., 2017, 2019), here we fill an important knowledge gap and document the occurrence of landslides along the greater karst region on the northwest side of the island. A helicopter-borne electromagnetic/magnetic survey was flown over the Stillwater area, southwest Montana from May 5 to May 16, 2000. The survey was conducted over the Stillwater Igneous Complex, a Precambrian layered mafic-ultramafic intrusion which is characterized by igneous layering. Electromagnetic data were acquired using DIGHEM helicopter-borne electromagnetic system. Magnetic data were collected with optically pumped Cesium Vapor Geometrics G822 magnetometer.
