The Great Basin Landscape Conservation Cooperative (LCC) is a partnership among public and private groups working to meet large-scale conservation challenges across five states. Our partners include a variety of groups committed to conservation, such as Native American tribes, universities, non-governmental organizations, and federal, state and local government agencies.
The Great Basin LCC ScienceBase Community exists to archive project information, data and products from our research projects and accessibly publicly. Since 2011, we have supported 50 such landscape-scale natural resources and cultural dimensions conservation projects in the Great Basin. Each project and product is completed with metadata to ensure that users are able to access the information for appropriate uses.
